📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.

• No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged 100% of the full session fee.

 

⏰ Late Arrival

We kindly ask clients to arrive on time to receive the full benefit of their session.

• Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, ending at the originally scheduled time.

• The full session fee will still apply, regardless of the reduced session time.

 

💳 Refund Policy

• All completed services are non-refundable.

• Prepaid packages, gift certificates, and service credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• These may be applied toward future services within the stated validity period (e.g., within 12 months).

👉 If you are not satisfied:

• Please notify your therapist within the first 15 minutes of your session so we can adjust pressure, technique, or assign a different therapist if needed.

• Once the session is completed, no refunds will be issued.

 

⚠️ Special Circumstances

• If N8 Thai Bodywork must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., therapist illness or emergency), clients will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule at no additional cost

 

🎁 Gift Certificates

• Must be redeemed before the expiration date

• Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash

• Non-transferable unless otherwise specified
